Booking
Your booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
Origines welcomes adults only.
Depending on the period and the offer selected, a minimum stay of 2 nights may apply. This information is clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Rates
Rates are shown in euros and include all taxes.
Tourist tax is included in the displayed price.
Breakfast is included in the price of your stay.
Any additional services are charged separately.
Payment
No payment is taken online at the time of booking.
However, a card pre-authorisation is required in order to guarantee and confirm your booking. This does not constitute a payment.
Payment for your stay is made on site by credit card, cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge.
If you are unable to travel, we simply ask you to let us know as early as possible so that we can make the room available again.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, Origines reserves the right to charge for the booked stay.
Arrival and Departure
We favour a personalised welcome on arrival and will hand you the keys to your room directly.
Arrival and departure times are specified in your booking confirmation.
Please let us know in the event of a significant delay so that we can organise your arrival in the best possible conditions.
House Rules
Origines is a guest house designed for peace, rest and relaxation.
Pets are not accepted.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property, its facilities and the peaceful atmosphere of the house.
Any significant damage may be charged.
Legal Information
For accommodation services booked for a specific date or period, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
This does not affect our commercial policy: cancellation remains free of charge under the conditions stated above.
If you experience any difficulty during your stay, we invite you to contact us directly so that we can try to find a solution.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to consumer mediation, the consumer may, after a prior complaint has remained unresolved, refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
